This podcast extra is all about taking your salads into a much more imaginative place. We revisit an interview with Ilene Rosen who has been making salads professionally for decades. Some say she is responsible for the kale salad trend (you decide!). She is the author of Saladish: A Crunchier, Grainier, Herbier, Heartier, Tastier Way With Vegetables. Rosen's theory is that by bringing together a wide range of ingredients, textures and flavors you can up your salad game in some pretty unconventional ways.
