All but the Woodford Reserve Bourbon Punch recipe are featured in Danielson's new Bourbon Country Cookbook, which he cowrote with Tim Laird, who is himself an authority on wines and spirits and host of two weekly television food shows produced in Kentucky, Secrets of Bluegrass Chefs and Secrets of Louisville Chefs.
