The meal begins with Spring Pea, Pea Shoot, Pancetta & Goat Cheese Salad; for the main plate it’s Hazelnut & Herb-Crusted Lamb Cutlets with Pea and Wild Garlic Puree; and finish the meal  with a bite of Rhubarb, Rosewater & Pistachio Galettes.
