Chevre cheese and a handful of fresh herbs
Ricotta with slices of fresh peach, a drizzle of honey and sea salt
Open faced grilled cheese sandwich with excellent cheddar on a thick slice of bread
Wilted spinach with garlic and hot chile and a shaving of Parmigiano-Reggiano and drizzle of olive oil
